Lot 3. exceeding <br />the maximum 1,500 s.f. permitted for a lot of this size, llic proposed house (on the combined <br />I.OU 3 and 4) i J 2,505 i f. (13.5%). less than the 2,7*3 s.f. (15%) permitted. A variance is no <br />longer necessary' for lot coverage by structures. <br />Hardcover <br />75 '-250' Setback Zone <br />There is 11.013 s.f. of area in the 75’-250* setback zone. There is cuirently 2.538 s.f. (23 05%) of <br />hardcover within this zone where 2.753.25 s.f. (255o) is permitted. <br />At the Apnl meeting, the Planning Commission requested that the applicants revise the proposal <br />to show ^tween 25% and 30% hardcover in the 75’ to 250’ .setback zone. The applicants have <br />revised their application to 3,303 s.f. (305'o) hardcover within this zone, still exceeding the <br />2,753.25 s.f.
