The <br />purpose of the inspection was to review the necessity of the existing paving along the oextik side of the home^ <br />it retaies to drainage. The hotneowner was present and indicated the paving was insulled to convey storm <br />water flows from the driveway to the rear or west side of the hone. Based on our observations a vegetated <br />drainage swale could be constructed in place of the pavement along the north side of the home to provide an <br />ifqgfi or better drainage conveyance system to the rear of the home. <br />If you ha^ e any questions please call me at (651) 604-4863. <br />Yours very truly. <br />BONESTRCX).
