Planning Commission reviewed the latest draft on November 5 and <br />suggested a number of further revisions and slight reorganization. <br />The current draft reflects the Planning Commission recommendations and includes additional <br />paragraph titles for clarity. The current draft is organized as follows: <br />Title: Nonconforming Strticnires and Uses <br />A. General Provisions <br />(1) Purpose statement <br />(2) Effective date <br />(3) Safety Repairs <br />B. Nonconforming Uses <br />(1) Change to Confonr.l.ng Use <br />(2) Change to New Nonconforming Use <br />(3) Relocation of Nonconforming Use <br />(4) Decrease in Nonconforming Use <br />(5) Discontinuation of Nonconforming Use <br />(6) Normal Mainterunce <br />(7) Alterations to Lawful Nonconforming Dwelling Units <br />C.
