(b) Unlawful acts. <br />(1) It is unlawful for any person 10 pwk a nobUc home or recreaiional <br />camping vehicle upon public property* for human habitation except in a <br />licensed mobile home park or citynmned campground. <br />(2) It is unlawful for my person to p^ or store a mobile home or recreational <br />vehicle in any residence district for more than 24 hours, except in a side or <br />rear yard at least ten feet from any property line. <br />(3) It is unlawful to use a mobile home or recreational camping vehicle for <br />human habitation on any private property for more than 72 hours without a <br />permit from the city. <br />(Code 19S4. § 9.S2) <br />Cross references: Stopping, standing and parking generally. § 66-76 et seq. <br />-im
