Out of those work <br />iwkoa it was determined that the code section regarding vehicle storage on private <br />property was a better fit within the Exterior Storage section (Tg-1377) of the Zoning <br />Ordinance. Recreation vehicles and motor homes will have overlapping co\erage in both <br />the Zoning Ordinance (Section 7t-IS77) and within City Code Section 90-1 <br />Manuftetured Homes and Trailers (police enforced) due to the different enforceaent <br />Are there any other issues or concerns with this proposed amendment? <br />Stair Ra commendat ion <br />Planning Department Staff tecommends that the Planning Commission re\iew the <br />anached Zoning Code Revision, make any necessary changes, and recommend approval <br />in order for Staff to bring it forward to the City Council.
