You were notiHed at that time that the deck replacement was in violation of <br />the City Ordinances. The City required removal of the deck or submission of a variance <br />application to seek city Council approval. As of this date the issue remains unresolved. <br />Therefore the City must again require you to remove the deck or to submit a variance <br />applicadon. A deadline of 5/21/03 has been established. If this deadline is not met the city will <br />initiate legal action. A court appearance will be required.
