Further, the average lakeshore setback sh^l apply only to <br />classified lakn and shall not qiply to tributaries. The a\-erage lakeshore setback line shall <br />be a straight line connecting die most lakeward protrusions of the residence buildings on <br />the immediately adjacent lakeshore lots. <br />Sec. Therefore any additions or alterations to the existing building require <br />avariance. ‘Hie applicant is proposing, by their design, to reduce the bulk and mass of <br />their home. The pitch of the roof will be lowered and the peak will remain at the existing <br />height.
