Any change in grade affecting v\ater rxmoff. whether onto adjacent property or <br />otherwise, must br in compliance with the surface water management plan and shall be <br />consistent with other applicable regulations or provisions of this Code and subject to the <br />approval of other agencies having jurisdiction over the area affected b> the drainage. <br />(i) Height No structure or building shall exceed 2 1 2 stories or 30 feet in <br />height except as provided in section 78-1366. <br />(Code 1984. § 10.40(6)) <br />See. 78-1468. Signs in B and I districts. <br />Within the B and I districts, nameplate signs and business signs are permitted subject to <br />the following regulations; <br />(1 ) B-/.
