State law provides that Cities shai: make <br />decisions on zoning requests within 60 days from the date of application, and that this review <br />period may be extended an additional 60 days by notification to the applicant. Your app'.ication <br />was deemed complete on May 23, 2003. The initial 60-day review period was extcr.ied an <br />additional 60 days on June 24. 2003 to September 20, 2003. However, because your application <br />has been tabled by the Planning Commission to the September 15 meeting, the earliest petential <br />date of final Council action falls after the authorized review period ends.
