(25%) is allowed. <br />Change - Remove 703 s.f. gravel area by driveway. <br />Reducing hardcover by 703 s.f. from first plan. <br />Stnicturc wHbin 75* of Lake Minnetonka: <br />Screen porch - To be located 70’ from Lake Minnetonka. <br />First plan indicated it w ould be moved back out of the 75’ setback. <br />Lakcshorc Deck: <br />At the Planning Commission meeting in February there was discussion regarding the decks <br />located by the lakeshore. A permit was not issued for the decks themselves. However, in 1994 a <br />ptimii «a$ issued for t lift wfiich goes from the lekeshore up the hill to the residence. The hvo <br />smaller decks are where the lifi connects to the ground as landings. Air photos from 1993 and <br />1994 show the larger deck connected to the smaller deck. <br />Enginccr*s Report: <br />The applicant did have the structural engineer look at an unfinished w^ll in the basemenl The <br />en^neer has indietted the fouiidaUon is able to handle the additional load of the second stors- to be <br />added.
