An existing home will be removed pnor to the new home construction. We <br />have the following comments with regards to engineering nutter>: <br />• The plan should include contoun showing existing and pwpojed grading and drainage vvsys. <br />• Plans should identity existing storm sewer (if an>) on the pro;Ki!ted property. <br />• The City should request drainage and utility easements 10-;'eei wide ovet all cxistuig utilities and 5> <br />feet wide along the south, east and west lot lines <br />• Most of the proposed construction is within 75-feet of the lake.
