Gan'ron reponed that the Manley application was <br />discussed, as was Ihe Dahlstrom Development proposal. He pointed out that the Dohlstrom group is <br />having difficulty obtaining MCWD approvals and will be asking for conditional final approval from the <br />City Council m order to close on February 7.2003. <br />During the January 13 meeting. Gaffron repocled that the Stormwater Management Plan adopted and <br />will begin implementation in the near future.
