The Vaughn's <br />ore plartning to sell 205 Tonka Avenue to their son Tim and family to build a single family residence <br />on it. Prior to this, they want to make 205 Tonka Asenue parcel more conforming in size with the <br />zoning district. 3440 Bayside Road is larger than the 2 acres required and 205 Tonka A\enuc is <br />smaller than the 2 acres required. The proposal is to mo\e the south property line of 205 Tonka <br />Avenue 65 ’ to the south Currently.
