Section 10.22, Subd. 2 and Section 10.56, Subd. 16 (LKl): Hardcover m- *ihin 75*: No <br />hardcover or impervious surface shall be placed. located or constructed within 75 feet of <br />the Ordinary High Water Level of any lake or tributary. <br />2. Section 10.56. Subd. 16 (JK2): Grading/fUling of more than 10 cnbic \ards within <br />75*: Grading, filling or excavating of more than 10 cubic yards is prohibited within 75 ‘ of <br />the Ordinary High Water Level of public waters. <br />3.
