Orono <br />code requirements for testing have not been totally met. Three <br />(3) borings per lot are required to show the depth to existing <br />and seasonal water table. Only one boring was taken per lot, and <br />in both cases data shows the water table at a 10* depth; the boring <br />logs Indicate no soil mottling; and my Inspection on November !6, 1978 <br />revealed water table at a depth of 3'*6" on lot 1 and 9* on lot 2. <br />Additional borings showing depth to mottling will be required. <br />Orono soli testing requirements and methods are enumerated on the <br />subdivision application forms.
