Scott, 2300 tiongvlew Circle <br />SKETCH PLAN REVIEW <br />Mr. Scott, the developer of the Longview plat, proposes subdividing <br />a four acre lot (Lot 2, Block 1, Tongview) into two lots. Both lots <br />meet the zoning requirements for the RR-IB District. 1 have checked <br />the files on the original Longview plat (#270) and find Mr. Scott <br />has fulfilled all items sited in the final resolution. There was <br />nothing in the records that would prohibit the platting of Lot 2, <br />Block 1. <br />Please review the septic Inspector's comments regarding the septic <br />reports submitted with the application. Staff would appreciate <br />a recommendation concerning this matter.
