At* previously explained to you the property <br />In^questlon is intersected by the common boundary by the City of Orono and <br />City of Wayzata. <br />The location of the structure on the property is <br />four units will be located in the City of Wayzata and eight units will be <br />located in the City of Orono. <br />It is contemplated that the applicant will request the rezoning of eight <br />acres in the City of Orono from two acre to one acre <br />patlble with the adjacent zoning in Femdale Green.
