Oberhauser, 200 Wayzata Boulevard <br />Subdivision, Conditional Use Permit, Rezonlng & Variance <br />Mr. Oberhauser has submitted a plan for a 12-unit condominixim ^ <br />and four units in the Wayzata district. The project has also been <br />submitted to the City of Wayzata for review. The entire parcel <br />to be sewered by Wayzata, <br />unite with a PRD development. <br />Items for consideration: <br />1. Condominium ownership - structures owned by occupants but <br />Country Club to own common space and underlying property <br />\^t about the underground garage? <br />2. Four condominium units will have legal description involving <br />two municipalities. <br />3. How to handle split authority: a) building code; b) police; <br />c) taxes? <br />4. Femdale Green lot - should be platted as a single dwelling <br />lot and division line drawn. <br />5, Access road to Orono units only through Wayzata.
