Loughlin, 4215 Forest Lake Drive <br />Variance <br />Mr. Loughlin requests a front yard setback variance for a proposed <br />addition to his home. The addition involves adding an additional <br />stall to the garage and a study to the west side of the existing <br />house, "niere exists now a 29.31'setback at the northeast corner, <br />house was constructed before 35' setback was established. The <br />addition would be 27.8' from the northeast comer and gradually <br />increase to 35' at a midway point of the total width of the <br />structure.
