Is this <br />parcel suitable for residential zoning? <br />^ • <br />If rezoned light Industrial, should City Investigate <br />ways to extend sewer and water now or In a future plan? <br />Should the City limit development to a type of use that <br />does not require sewer and water? <br />The latter Is the most feasible and realistic. This newly <br />created district may not be based on a list of approved uses <br />but rather a conceptual use whereby the future user will <br />qualify by review of a list of standards or criteria, such <br />as Industrial waste Involved, number of employees. Industrial <br />design or type of Industry requiring sprinkler systems. The <br />Planning Commission, I am sure, can think of many more. <br />Will we retain the 2-acre minimum Industrial lot size for <br />areas without sewer and water? <br />’ V <br />I
