It should be noted for the record, that at
a later meeting we did in fact expressly withdraw any support
for the application for rezonlng. Was that fact noted for the
record at the Planning Coirenission meeting at which the formal
withdrawal was made?
No. 55: We would request that the phrase "extent and degree
be substituted for the phrase "manner and extent", since that
is the language used by Section 32.480.
No. 58: My notes dictated immediately after the meeting at
which the rezoning application was first made clearly indicate
that if Tourangeau would propose to rezone to residential, then
SubdivTsion approval as well as a conditional use permit, would
be favored. Also, it should be noted that the boundary lines
of the lease and those of actual use and occupation for the
service station site are the same.
parenthetically that it was represented at the last
meeting that tne drafv
jTj 1_ _1..J* ,
V/e 1^01e ^—— ———— — — — — — —.
council meeting that tne drafter's intent in using the words
"motor fuel" did include the sale of diesel fuel should the
same become economically feasible, which may well be the case.
Thank youfor your consideration.
