Due to this new <br />Planning Commission voted to reconsider their 14, 9 <br />and then voted to table the subdivision application <br />complete and concurre.it review of the conditional use application (# ). <br />COUNCIL MEETING - AUGUST 29, 1978 <br />After brief introduction. Council was advised of <br />application and of the Planning Co^ission ^^persons <br />reconsidering and tabling this subdivision application #414. Perso <br />present for discussion included Art Toura'^eau, Robert Reutiman <br />his attorney, Robert Kornick and George Rovegno (2010 Shoreline Drive). <br />due speed. He wished the station use to be a separate issue. Reutiman <br />was asked and did promise to revise the survey to show the traveled <br />portions of Central Avenue and County Road 15, the existing ® <br />and the pump island location. Hornick was concerned that he be able to <br />assume operation on schedule and did offer to retain the ^uto repair <br />service if this was necessary to satisfy the City. He would still want <br />to sell the groceries.
