Olson, Village Planner <br />DATE:September 19, 1978 <br />SUBJECT: Mrs. Wyatt Moe, 1220 Loma Linda <br />Proposed Culvert <br />John Gerhardson and I have been discussing this proposal with <br />Mrs. Moe for some time. In essence, she would like to extend <br />an existing culvert to the lake. This involves engineering <br />review by the City and the Watershed; hence our request for an <br />engineering design submittal. <br />The proposal would also involve construction and filling within <br />the lakeshore setback area; hence this informal request for your <br />opinion. Before engineering costs are invested, Mrs. Moe <br />would like to know whether or not you would consider this <br />application. <br />I stress that staff cannot review or issue any recommendations <br />until engineering data is submitted.
