The site plan sub­ <br />mitted shows extensive grading and hardcover <br />between the house and lakeShore. All of this <br />work would be done within the 75* setback area. <br />Another factor worth considering would be <br />moving the location of the structure 5* <br />closeer to the road. This would require a 5* <br />variance from the 35* street setback requirement <br />and only 10* variance from the lakeshore. <br />Nine of the 10* extending into the required <br />75* lakeshore setback would consist of the <br />attached open deck. <br />The applicant should also be reminded 'of the <br />restrictions on grading and changing of <br />existing lakeshore conditions. <br />Page 4 <br />Planning Commission Action - October 21, 1975 <br />The Planning Commission tabled the Russell <br />Wenkstern application for a time when the <br />owner would be present. <br />Zoning Administrator's memo - December 19, 1975 <br />t-lr. Wenkstern called Mike Scheller while I was <br />ill and said he would be present at this <br />Planning Commission meeting to explain his <br />proposal. He would, therefore, be made aware <br />of any conditions stipulated regarding filling, <br />grading and hardcover. <br />Zoning Administrator's memo - January 12, 1976 <br />^Ir. Wenkstern has assured me he would attend <br />the Planning Commission meeting of January 19, <br />1976. <br />Planning Commission Meeting - January 19, 1976 <br />The Commission recommended approval of a variance <br />on lot area and street setback requirement. They <br />also approved a variance not to exceed 8* from / <br />the required 35' street setback.
