No. 125 and No. 167). The site plan sub mitted shows extensive grading and hardcover between the house and lakeShore. All of this work would be done within the 75* setback area. Another factor worth considering would be moving the location of the structure 5* closeer to the road. This would require a 5* variance from the 35* street setback requirement and only 10* variance from the lakeshore. Nine of the 10* extending into the required 75* lakeshore setback would consist of the attached open deck. The applicant should also be reminded 'of the restrictions on grading and changing of existing lakeshore conditions. Page 4 Planning Commission Action - October 21, 1975 The Planning Commission tabled the Russell Wenkstern application for a time when the owner would be present. Planning Commission Meeting - January 19, 1976 The Commission recommended approval of a variance on lot area and street setback requirement. They also approved a variance not to exceed 8* from / the required 35' street setback. The variance V from the 75* lakeshore setback requirement was not approved. Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to approve as per the Planning Commission Minutes of January 19, 1976, subject to no grading nor tree removal.
