Olson, Village Planner <br />September 1, 1978 <br />#420 <br />SUBJECT: #420 Variance <br />Theodore Anderson, 1940 Shadywood Road <br />Mr, Anderson proposes to remodel and add onto his existing house <br />at this address. He proposes to remove the existing breezeway <br />and single car garage and replace same with a new two car garap, <br />dining area and expanded kitchen. He will also remodel the main <br />floor expanding the Uvingroom into an existing bedroom area and <br />replacing the bedroom with an expansion area above the new garage. <br />The entire existing house and all of the proposed addition are <br />within the 75 ft. lakeshore setback. The new addition <br />more than 75 ft. from the Crystal Bay shoreline <br />48 ft. of the channel.
