We <br />reviewed the above referenced plat and find it acceptable with <br />consideration of the following conditions: <br />1.The developer should dedicate an additional 7 feet of <br />right of way for a total of 40 feet from and along the <br />centerline of CSAH 15. <br />2.Direct access from proposed Lot 2 to CSAH 15 must <br />limited to existing Central Avenue and to one comnercial <br />driveway entrance located approximately 120 feet north­ <br />easterly of Central Avenue. The remainripr of the frontage <br />along CSAH 15 must be closed so there is separatiiin <br />CSAH 1? traffic and gas station traffic isee attachment). <br />3.Access construction and/or revision requires an approv^ <br />entrance permit.
