Obw <br />Re: Stielow's Addition - #367 <br />Street Flans & Specs. <br />Our File No. 139-367, Plats <br />Dear Al, <br />We have reviewed the plans and specifications for street construction pre­ <br />pared by Hickock and Associates and reconnend that they be approved. <br />The street cross-section Includes 5" of bituminous base course and 2” of <br />bittminous wear course, with a bituminous shoe-formed curb. The width is <br />indicated at 26 feet, face to face of curb. The low point near station <br />3M0 is drained by two catch basins and an 18*' CMP culvert pipe. The down' <br />stream catch basin has a 48" sump and baffle to trap sediment and floating <br />debris. <br />We recommend approval of the plans and specifications upon signature by the <br />design engineer from Hickock.
