The Subdivider shall cause <br />to be furnished to the City Engineer in writing a state­ <br />ment or contract document indicating the contractor who is <br />responsible for regrading to the approved section after <br />the completion of the storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain <br />and utility improvements. <br />6) Supervision. All of the work shall be under the sole <br />supervision and control of the Subdivider. <br />7) Review and Approval by the City. All of the work shall <br />be subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer <br />and, where appropriate, any other governmental agency having <br />jurisdiction. <br />8) Easements. The Subdivider shall make available to the <br />City, at no cost to the City, all permanent or temporary <br />easements necessary for the installation of the Plan A <br />Improvements, as determined by the City Engineer. All such <br />easements requested by the City shall be in writing, in <br />recordable form, and on the standard easement form of the <br />City or on such other terms and conditions as the City <br />shall determine. <br />9) Insurance. The Subdivider will cause each person who <br />constructs and installs any Plan A Improvements to furnish <br />the City with the same evidence of complete insurance <br />coverage (including Workmen's Compensation, liability and <br />property damage ) as is required on City contracted con­ <br />struction jobs as determined by the general specifications <br />now in use. <br />Lynn L.
