Chari son and Clyde Scnvner, (hereinafter <br />called "Present Owners"); <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, the Present Owners of the real property described in <br />Article I of this Declaration desire to provide for the comnon improvement, <br />use and maintenance of such real property for their mutual benefit and for <br />the benefit of subsequent Owners of such property. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Present Owners hereby declare that the <br />real property described in Article I of this Declaration snail be held, trans­ <br />ferred, sold, conveyed, and occupied, subject to the easements, covenants, <br />restrictions and charges hereinafter set forth. <br />ARTICLE I. <br />DEFINITIONS <br />1) The term "Property" shall mean Lots 1 through 8, inclusive. <br />Outlet B, Stielow's Addition, according to the plat thereof on file and of <br />record in the office of the Register of Deeds for the County of Hennepin,State <br />of Minnesota. <br />2) The term "Owners" shall mean the holder of the fee simple <br />absolute, contract vendee, life tenant, or any combination thereof, of each of <br />Lots 1 through 8, inclusive, contained in the Property. <br />3) The term "Lot" shall mean one of Lots 1 through 8, inclusive, <br />contained in the Property. <br />4) The term "Common Improvements" shall mean a roadway as more <br />particularly described in Article III.
