He have <br />reviewed the above referenced plat and find it acceptable with <br />consideration of the following conditions: <br />1. The developer should dedicate an additional 7 feet of <br />right of way for a total Of 40 feet froM and along the <br />centerline of CSAH 15. <br />2. Direct access fron proposed Lot 2 to CSAH 15 mst be <br />United to existing Central Avenue and to one connerclal <br />driveway entrance located approxinately 120 feet north­ <br />easterly of Central Avenue.
