Joseph Whitney for 780 Old Crystal Bay Road <br />South, per the Planning Commission recommendations <br />of April 24, 1978, subject to: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />Soil boring review <br />Conform to Septic System Design Manual <br />City will not approve proposed plat if these <br />conditions cannot be met.- <br />Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Mr. Ton Jacobs, Building Inspector, entered into <br />the record the following request for a subdivision <br />by Americam Builders (Fred Herfurth) at 2400 Sixth <br />Avenue North, dated March 17, 1976, which states: <br />^Subdivision <br />2400 sixth Avenue N. <br />#363 <br />Americ2m Builders <br />Mr. Herfurth is requesting approval of the subject <br />17-plus acre parcel into four lots. <br />Our current procedures include sketch plan review <br />by the Planning Commission; therefore, we will not <br />be able to schedule a pxiblic hearing on this proposal <br />until the Planning Commission has a chance to <br />review the sketch plan and direct staff to schedule <br />said public hearing* <br />The entire parcel consists of approximately 17.4 <br />acres.
