I^on coiq>letlon of the dredging and release or evaporation of <br />liq>ounded waters, the disposal site shall be recontoured and <br />landscaped, including removal of the dike, sodding, seeding and <br />tree or shrub planting to prevent erosion and to return the area <br />to a natural state, vdilch landscaping shall be at the applicant's <br />cost and for which the applicant shall post with the City a letter <br />of credit for $3,000.00 to ensure performance. <br />12.
