Michael Plank <br />AlAS Watertown Road <br />Subdivision <br />Page 2 <br />PLANNING SSION MEETING - JULY 24. 1978 (PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING) <br />Mr. Plank was present. Mr. Joseph Sawchuk was present and had comments <br />regarding drainage, but who did not object to the present proposal. <br />Planning Comnlsslon reconmended approval of the preliminary subdivision <br />subject to park dedication fee. conservation and drainage easements, <br />and dedication of the Watertown Road right of way. Planning Comnlsslon <br />deferred action on the variance proposal, requesting a more detailed <br />survey and plan for the proposed house. <br />Staff Note - August 7. 1978 <br />Mr. Plank has submitted a revised sketch of proposed Lot 2 showing <br />the requested location of a 24' X 50* house. <br />Front Setback variance required: <br />34.742 Required setback: 100 ft. <br />Proposed setback: 75 ft. <br />Variance: 25 ft.257. <br />The house as located has a front line on a contour 6' below the road. <br />If located at the 100 ft. setback, the front line would be 10 ft. below <br />the road. The septic testing was done In a range of 6 ft. to 14 ft. <br />below the road (959 to 951) idiich indicates that a gravity system could <br />be Installed with the house in the proposed location, but that a pumped <br />system would most likely be required If the setback requirement was met.
