u <br />RESOLUTION NO. 890 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF <br />KARL GARDNER <br />2885 SIXTH AVENUE NORTH <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and <br />existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council oJ the City of Orono has adopted subdivision <br />regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of Ian <br />within the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has considered this <br />application; has held a public hearing and has made recommendations to <br />the City Council; <br />NOW THEREFORE. The private road, "James Town Road", shall be platted as an outlet <br />with an underlying easenient to the City. <br />3.
