The property consists of three parcels totalling <br />59 acres In Orono plus an additional 40 acres In Independence. <br />The Orono portion contains three existing houses (two on Parcel <br />0480 and one on a one-acre Parcel 0485. This last parcel was <br />divided by City Council action on February 12, 1968 but was not <br />recorded at the County until Hsrch 23, 1978, after the current <br />coning was In effect (3+ years) and after prellalnary discussions <br />with the City staff regarding this proposed division. <br />PLAmflNB OOMflSSION MEETING - JUNE 26, 1978 <br />Planning Connlsslon reviewed a Sketch Plan proposal <br />the one acre lot.
