Please <br />review all sMterials, check fee amount, note Finance Department receipt <br />nusber, date received and your initials. <br />VARIANCES always require Items 1-6 (150 ft. list). They will be <br />placed on one Planning Consission agenda. Notii^ nei^bors for the <br />first time. <br />OONDITION4L USE PERMITS should have Items 1 - 6 (300 ft. list) except <br />Items 3 & 4 may not apply In sosm eases. If in doi^t, cheek with me. <br />They will be placed on the Planning Oomoiission Work Session the first <br />time. Save notifications until action meeting or Public Rearing. <br />REZONING AND VACATIONS always require Items 1-3 and 5 & 6 plus i <br />description of the property. Vacations require a petition by a <br />of the abutting property owners. Public Hearings are required. <br />Planning Commission meeting will be a work session. <br />legal <br />lajority <br />First <br />SUBDIVISIONS always include a SKETCH PLAN REVIEW (work session) at the <br />first Planning Consdsslon meeting. No notice is required. If applicant <br />wants sketch plan review only, charge $50.00 fee and require Items 1 A 2 <br />only plus a rough sketch of proposal (survey preferred but not required), <br />twelve (12) copies of any "large” drawings. After sketch plan, additional <br />information required before Pid>lic Hearing can be scheduled include die <br />remainder of fee. Items 3 (preliminary plat), 5 (300*), and 6 (septic <br />test reports), and preliminary engineering data for roads, drainage, <br />utilities, etc. Use this approach on large divisions, where variances <br />are indicated or if applicant is unsure of his intentions. <br />iiiii V
