No new building lot is being <br />created. All zoning requirements are met. <br />Edward Hamm, 860 Orono Orchard Road currently occupies Tract A, <br />RLS1349, 3.5 acres. Michael Ankeny occupies Lots 5 fit 6, <br />Auditors Sub 307, 14.6 acres and Tract B, RLS1349, 2 acres, <br />total 16.6 acres it combln'ad. The proposal is to enlarge <br />the Hanm property by transfer of Tract B from Ankeny to <br />Hamm. Resulting lot sizes: Hamm 5.5 acres; Ankeny 14.6 acres. <br />Staff recommends approval conditioned only upon legal combination <br />of Tracts A & B by Mr. Hamm (Tract B has no direct access). <br />A Public Information Meeting should be scheduled for July 10, 1978. <br />No replattlng is necessary, only Coiincil approval by resolution.
