The proposal meets all the require­ <br />ments of the RR-lB zone. <br />Planning Commission might be concerned with resubdlvlslon <br />possibilities of the larger parcel. The staff will review <br />the existing septic system but site evaluation is not required <br />on the larger parcel as it exceeds the five acres. A Public <br />Information Meeting should be scheduled.
