Lot 14 has <br />been platted In such a way so as to separate Lots 15 & 18 <br />from the lakeshore those lots have always used. The proposal <br />would rectl^ this legal problem dividing the shoreline among <br />the existing property owners. <br />Staff recommends approval of the concept subject to formal <br />replattlng and to a conservation easement over the wetlands <br />(and/or the entire Island portion of Lot 14). A Public <br />Information Meeting should be scheduled for July 10, 1978. <br />i:
