Olson, City Planner <br />DATE:May 17, 1978 <br />SUBJECT: Subdivision - R.L, Wenkstern <br />645 North Arm Drive <br />Applicant has an existing residence on a one-acre lot In the RR-IB <br />two-acre zone. He proposes to add 0.22 acre from the adjacent golf <br />course property. This will better the existing situation but Is <br />still shy of the required two acres In this zone. There Is a sewer <br />stub from the 73-1 project provided for this house, but the property <br />was not assessed and has not been connected. <br />Planning Commission Meeting 5-22-78 <br />Sketch Plan Review - Owner's attorney, Roger Reed, was present. Planning <br />Commission was told that proposal Is made to retain all of developed <br />yard area with home when It Is sold. Planning Commission discussed <br />requiring either two acres minimum as required In AR-lB zone or requiring <br />sewer connection. The City Is to Inspect the existing on site system. <br />Staff Note - May 23, 1978 <br />Received a call from Mr. Reed stating that the Owner would prefer sewer <br />hookup (Including assessment) over the two acre mlnlnnim lot alternate. <br />Public Hearing scheduled for June 26, 1978, at 7:40 P.M.
