RESOLUTION NO. jgp A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PMT OF PAUL KASTLR 2600 CASCO POINT ROAD UHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly economic and safe development of land within the City; and WHEREAS, the Planning Coimnission has considered this subdivision application, has held a public hearing and has made recorrmendations to the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon all of the information presented by the applicant, reports by the City staff, consultants and Coircnission, and the record of the public hearing held February 6. 1978, the City Council of the City of Orono, after due consideration, hereby approves the preliminary plat for Paul Raster with the following changes and requirements and conditions: 1.The final subdivision must be submitted in the form of a record plat with at least 2 reproducible mylar copies, 3 hardshell mounted copies. 1C paper copies and one copy reduced to a scale of 1*’ - 200 ft. 2.^e record plat survey shall locate the centerline of traveled Casco Point Road and shall establish a right-of-way line 30.0 ft. easterly tnereor. ^ 3.The applicant shall execute and deliver a quit claim deed to the •City of Orono for that portion of his property west of the right- line as established above. 4.Access to the east lot shall be by a "private easement of width as determined by the City Engineer after review of construction plans" 5.by^rte"cf^*&gin"erf^“ established across the lots as approved 6.The applicant shall provide complete drainage, sewer, lot access and erosion control plans for approval by the City Engineer. 7.^e applicant shall execute and deliver road and utilities and drainage easement documents. 8 9 The applicant shall pay one additional water unit assessment of $580.00. due with esch new
