Variance required: Section 34.842, <br />.35 acre - VJ%, <br />Approval should be conditioned upon legal lot combination, <br />meeting all setbacks and performance standards and proper <br />septic system design. <br />Planning Commission Meeting - May 22, 1978 <br />Work Session. Planning Commission discussed perimeter roads and <br />lack of adjacent vacant land. City would likely not vacate roads <br />due to Big Island policy of ultimate public ownership, but if <br />roads were vacated, sufficient land would be available for building <br />without a variance. Mike Gaffron was expecting to review the <br />septic site in person. Present was Mr. John Uran and his attorney, <br />Mr. Jim Penberthy. <br />; <br />-
