The vacation of Ivy Place and Lake Shore Avenue was presented to the Hamlin County District Court in C2t8e nvxrber 321350 and an Order of the Court was entered on Novertser 3, 1931 and filed on Deoentser 1, 1931 In Book 306 of Miscellaneous Docinents page 297 authorizing the vacation of portions of Ivy P12K38 and Lake 9iore Avenue as set forth on the attached Exiiibit 1 herein, Order failed bo describe that portion of Ivy Place as described in the application herein and, therefore, failed to ocnplete the vacation of that portion of Ivy Place.
