Olson, Village Planner <br />DATE:June 7, 1978 <br />SUBJECT:Proposed Street Vacation <br />Ivy Place on Casco Point <br />applicdnt, Mr. Richard PuCnanif and his neighbors are petitioning <br />the City to vacate a small portion of Ivy Place as shown on Exhibit C. <br />Ivy Place has been vacated In severral sections over the years (see <br />Exhibits 0 E), but this portion was apparently overlooked In past <br />recordings. This request Is to clear title to this property for <br />Mr. Putnam. The "road” Is an unused portion of his lawn. <br />Mr. Putnam has produced evidence of access to all affected properties <br />(easements of record across property other than that to be vacated) <br />thereby eliminating problems with landlccking. A Public Hearing has <br />been scheduled for June 26, 1978. <br />A'v ^
