Olson, City Planner <br />May 16, 1978 #384 <br />SUBJECT:Conditional Use Permit <br />Grace Baptist Church <br />2380 Shadywood Road <br />The applicant wishes to transfer the ownership and operation <br />of the existing buildings at 2380 Shadywood Road from <br />Memorial Church (which congregation is moving to the Elizabeth <br />Gardiner School Building) to Grace Baptist Church (which <br />congregation is currently housed at 2443 Commerce Boulevard, <br />Mound). There is no proposed change in the use of the property <br />from the current use.
