<br />This permit is not assignable eicept with the written consent of the Coinmissiooer of Conservation.

<br />therein, the permittee, before proceeding therewith, shall obtain the written consent of all persons, agencies, or authorities con
<br />cerned, and shall acquire all property, rights and interests necessary therefor.
<br />IV, This permit is permissive only. No liability shall be imposed upon or incurred by the ! ’e of Minnesota or any of its officers,
<br />agents or employees, officially or personally, on account of the granting hereof or oo ai.ounl of any damage to aoy person of
<br />property resulting from aoy act or omissioo of ihc permiriee or aoy of its agents, employees, or coniiactors relating to any mat.er
<br />hereunder. This permit shall not he construed as estopping or limiting any legal claims or right of action of any prrsc>n other Tbao
