Accordingly, we have designed the spoil area <br />with a capacity to exceed the 7 day retention time <br />required by the M.P.C.A. <br />The spoil area as outlined on the rttached topography <br />map will have a cross-sectional ar .‘a of 176442 souare <br />Teet. By constructing a dike along sides 4 through 9 <br />i > the 942 foot elevation, the average depth of the <br />onn^ >'ould be 7.17 feet with a holding capacity <br />of 46,900 cubic yards.
