Page Two <br />Mr. A1 Olson, Planner <br />Permits for this work have been applied for from the Minnehaha <br />Creek Watershed District, the Minnesota Department of Natural <br />Resources and the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers. To date we <br />have received approval from the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District <br />as shown on the attached letter. We feel that this proposed <br />fill will be in the best interest of the public and will not be <br />detrimental in any way to the objectives of the City of Orono. <br />We hereby request a variance to the City Ordinance No. 125 so <br />that this project can be completed. <br />Attached, please find supportive maps and sketches. <br />Sincerely yours, <br />rimoThy 1.
