That the only activities that shall be under taken on the properties shall be the special crop production which included such areas as orchards, vegetables, nursery stock, sod, Christinas trees, small grains and annual and perennial flowers. On a temporary basis, satellite sanitary facilities and a minimal shelter such as a small mobile construction trailer for use by the students while on the properties, may be installed on the properties pursuant to municipal and State regulations. There shall be no student parking on the properties since the applicant will provide transportation from the classroom laboratory building which is located off the properties. Access would be permitted from County Road S6 at location "A", which was approved by Hennepin County because of an existing culvert. The location of the proposed trailer shall be approved by the building inspector prior to installation. This conditional use permit in no way grants to the applicant any right to construct any buildings now or in the future on the properties. Receipt of written statement assuring the City that the bridge would be removed if renewal of the conditional use permit be denied at any future date. Bridge not to exceed 8' i;: width. This in no way denotes that we are approving the use of the bridge as access to any future buildings in Medina.
