Lot area - 43,990 sq. ft. <br />2. Lot width - 165+ ft. <br />3. Proposed rear setback - 58' <br />4. I've added the dotted lines to indicate approximate <br />location of the means of access to the property. The unimproved <br />access road starts at the south end of Turnham Rd. and continues <br />south to the Luce Line Trail. At this point the road turns east <br />along the north border of the Luce Line over what appears to be <br />parcel #5800 to the east end of parcel #3360 (indicated as the <br />Lathrup Co., Inc. property). At this point it crosses the Luce <br />Line trail and continues south to the subject property. This <br />road seirves as the access to several other neighboring residences <br />but no documentation of their existence has been submitted. <br />The property is located in RR-lA zoning district (5 acre or <br />217,800 sq. ft.) <br />Approval of this application would require the following variances: <br />1. Lot area - 173,810 sq. ft. <br />2. Lot width - 135 ft. <br />3. Rear setback - 42' <br />4. Front setback - 50' <br />No perc tests or soil reports have been submitted as yet. <br />t'A
